Track your menstrual cycle, predict your next period, and estimate ovulation with one simple calculator. Perfect for planning trips, managing symptoms, or keeping tabs on fertility.
Use the first day of your last period.
Common cycles are 21–35 days. Use your average.
How many days you typically bleed.
Dates are estimates based on average cycle patterns. Your body may vary.
Why Track?
- Plan ahead for travel, events, or workouts.
- Monitor cycle regularity for health conversations.
- Identify fertile days when trying to conceive (or avoid pregnancy).
How the Calculator Works
We combine your last period start date with your typical cycle length to forecast the next cycle. Ovulation is estimated 14 days before your next period, and the fertile window spans the five days leading to ovulation plus ovulation day itself.
Day 1
Period begins. Hormone levels are low and uterine lining sheds.
Day 7–13
Follicular phase. Estrogen rises and follicles mature.
Ovulation
Typically 14 days before the next period. Most fertile day of the cycle.
Luteal Phase
Progesterone increases. If no pregnancy occurs, hormone levels drop and the next period starts.
Best Practices
- Track at least three cycles to find your personal average.
- Note symptoms (cramps, mood, energy) to see patterns.
- Remember stress, illness, travel, and medications can shift dates.
- Use additional methods (ovulation tests, basal body temperature) for more precise fertility tracking.
